Privacy Policy
What this site does and does not collect. The short version: nothing.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Short Version
CalPDF.com is a set of static pages and printable PDF files. There is no account to create, nothing to sign up for, and no advertising. We do not ask You for any personal details, and every calendar is generated in advance and served as a plain file, so downloading one tells us nothing about who You are.
We do use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. That is the only tracking on the site, it is the only third-party script we load, and it sets cookies of its own. The Google Analytics section below sets out exactly what it collects and how to opt out.
Other than that, the only personal data we ever hold is what You choose to send us in an email, and the ordinary technical records that any web server keeps.

Collecting And Using Your Personal Data
Personal Data
We do not ask You for any Personal Data in order to use this website. There is no account, no registration, no newsletter and no contact form. You can read every page and download every calendar without telling Us anything about Yourself.
The only Personal Data We hold is the Personal Data You choose to send Us. If You email Us, We will hold Your email address and whatever You write, for as long as is needed to answer You and to keep a record of the enquiry.
Usage Data
The Service is delivered by a web hosting provider. Like every web server, it records ordinary technical information about requests, which may include Your Internet Protocol address, the browser type and version, the pages of the Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit and other diagnostic data. This is collected by the hosting infrastructure, not by any script on the page.
We use these records only to keep the Service running and secure, for example to investigate an outage or abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of You and We do not combine them with any other data.
Tracking Technologies And Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. The one exception is Google Analytics, described below, which sets its own cookies in order to tell a returning visitor from a new one.
We use no web beacons, pixels or tags of our own, and no advertising or social media trackers.
Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary cookies for security purposes, such as protecting the Service against automated attacks. Those are not under Our control and are not used to track You.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which pages and calendars are popular, roughly which country visitors come from, and what kind of device and browser they use. That helps Us decide which calendars to add and where to spend the effort.
The measurement ID is G-EH6L7BEVSW. Google Analytics is loaded
from googletagmanager.com and reports to Google, which acts as Our data
processor. It sets first-party cookies on this domain, and the data it collects
includes a truncated form of Your IP address, the pages You view on this site, how
You arrived here, and technical details about Your device and browser. It does not
collect Your name, Your email address or anything You type, because this site has no
form to type into.
We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features or data sharing with Google’s advertising products, so the data is used for measurement only and is not used to build advertising profiles. Google Analytics data is retained for the period set in Our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.
Google’s own handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
How to opt out. You can block or delete the Google Analytics
cookies in Your browser settings at any time, and the site will work exactly the
same. Google also offers a
browser
add-on to opt out of Google Analytics across every site You visit. If You send
the DNT: 1 or Sec-GPC: 1 header, or block the script, no
measurement data about You is collected here.
Our lawful basis for this processing, where the GDPR applies, is Our legitimate interest in understanding how the Service is used. If You are in a jurisdiction that requires consent before analytics cookies are set, please block them using one of the methods above; We do not treat continued use of the site as consent.
Children’s Privacy
These calendars are often printed for children, and that is precisely why this site collects nothing. There is no account, no login, no comment, no upload and no form of any kind, so a child cannot give Us Personal Data through this website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16.
The calendars are printable PDF files that You download and keep. Downloading one tells Us nothing about who You are.
Use Of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes only:
- To reply to You. If You email Us, We use Your email address to answer You.
- To provide and maintain Our Service, including keeping it secure and available.
We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not share it for advertising. We will only share it where We are required to by law, or with the Service Providers named below where that is necessary to run the Service.
Service Providers
A small number of third parties are involved in running CalPDF.com. Each of them receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Hosting. The website and the PDF files are served by a hosting provider, which necessarily processes the technical request data described above.
- Google Analytics. Visit measurement, described in full under Google Analytics above. This is the only third party that receives data about how You use the site, and it receives it only as aggregated measurement data.
- Social networks and WhatsApp. If a sharing link is offered, it is an ordinary link. Nothing is sent to any social network until You click one, and then You are subject to that network’s own privacy policy.
Retention Of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. An email enquiry is kept for as long as is needed to deal with it and to keep a record of what was agreed, and is then deleted.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer Of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Since We only hold Personal Data that You sent Us by email, you can ask Us to delete it at any time by writing to contact@calpdf.com and We will do so. Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Disclosure Of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Other Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- comply with a legal obligation;
- protect and defend the rights or property of the Company;
- prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service;
- protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public;
- protect against legal liability.
Security Of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your Rights Under The GDPR
If You are within the European Union, You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of Your Personal Data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Since We hold no Personal Data about You unless You have emailed Us, these rights in practice mean the right to have that email and Our replies deleted.
To exercise any of them, write to contact@calpdf.com. You also have the right to complain to Your local data protection authority.
Our lawful basis for processing an email You send Us is Our legitimate interest in answering it.
Your Rights Under The CCPA/CPRA
If You are a California resident, You have the right to know what Personal Data is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data. We do not sell or share Personal Data, and We do not collect any Personal Data through this website beyond what You choose to email Us.
To make a request, write to contact@calpdf.com.
Links To Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
